At Studio House Philly we foster a sense of community through craft-fully designed studios, live-work studios, and a large fully functioning Co-work space. Accented by a full gym, bike storage, on site office rentals, on site laundry, and on site car sharing, we have created an innovation hub for young professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and anyone else all at an attainable price. Studio House Philly is not your average apartment complex as we aim at creating a genuine sense of community which all of our tenants are members of. a combination of a new living style and community driven amenity spaces will build new connections daily within our members. Attainable rents will encourage our graduates to stay in Philadelphia. Studio House Philly is a modern version of the Starter Home for the next generation.
Rentals
Studio House is offering the ability to live on your own and enter the retail market with a new take on community. The community is comprised of forty 500 square foot studio apartments and seven bi-level live/ work units with 500 square foot retail spaces facing Germantown avenue. Each unit has a full kitchen, full bathroom and comes ready to be customized by you. As an added service we have designed 4 units to illustrate different layouts. If you fall in love with a particular design we can provided you the complete with shopping lists and all information regarding how and where to purchase. The Herman, The Karma, The Rally, and The Rival have all been carefully designed and thought out as to what each unit truly needs to feel like home. All of the units also come in a low bed and loft bed format to optimize floor space. Our live/ work spaces are unique to Studio House. Entering the brick and mortar retail market while paying rent is stressful and costly. By introducing the live/ work unit as a new lifestyle, business owners can pay one rent and have a place to live and a place to conduct business.

Community Level
The community level is home to many of the amenities that make Studio House so unique, The main amenity in our community level is the co-work space open to all of our residents. Our co-work space has been thoughtfully designed to fit most any work need. Whether you are a freelancer, small business owner, work from home or just need a quiet place to read, our co-work space has a spot built to fit your needs. Complete with spread out stadium style seating, private nooks, large collaborative work spaces, kitchenette, and private conference room, the co-work space can be used as a truly functional work area for our tenants. If you need more space, or a more private office, we have two flexible office spaces that can be rented by tenants for a short or extended period of time.
The community level also houses our fitness studio with access for tenants only. We believe that it's important to have a place where you can workout your body as well as your mind. Our fitness studio includes free weights, treadmills, spin bikes, bodyweight exercise straps, and an area with flooring and mirrors for yoga or other floor exercises.
Rounding out the community level are our storage lockers and laundry room. Our storage lockers are equipped to house anything you can't fit, or dont need in your living space. Whether its golf clubs, surfboard, skis, or extra clothes, it can be housed in our lockers for however long you need at one flat rate per month.
The laundry units in Studio House run on a smart system. Through the laundry service's app, you are able to check for available units, pay, and be alerted when your load of laundry is complete.
